What about confidentiality?

All sessions are safe, private and confidential, where a range of often difficult thoughts, feelings and emotions can be expressed. Only if there is a serious risk to the client, or if another person was at risk, would confidentiality be broken. This includes any occasion where the therapist was liable to civil or criminal court

How many sessions are recommended?

We understand that no two people arrive for counselling or psychotherapy for the same reason, with the same needs, or on the same schedule! We therefore provide both short and open ended counselling and can be flexible with appointment scheduling. Evening and weekend sessions may be available.

How long do sessions last?

Unless otherwise agreed, all sessions last 50 minutes. An Initial Consultation can be conducted over the phone and is free of charge. Following this there is no obligation on your part to continue with our services.
